Been sleeping on the job lately, and damned Fangoria is down...

For the past few days, while preparing for the Palanggana awards since I wracked my brains out on what the hell can I write right now that is worthy (I mean, who cares about malls and yuppies, and if you're sleepless in wherever...). I wasn't able to submit any story. However, Ms. Lopez and I were able to submit our co-written teleplay (yeah, we suddenly changed our minds. I thought a half baked idea isn't really the best way to go about it). The teleplay was revised by Ms. Lopez, however the text isn't recognizable even by me (well, it is a collaboration. Furthermore, I had a hazy idea of what I was working on.). Anyway, I appreciated all the pointers I got. Really, I did.
Anyway, Fangoria has been down for three straight days and then it comes up for a few hours and then it goes down again. What gives? Fango is my only solace from a rather dreary job. It keeps me awake. Furthermore, I like reading about movies I haven't even heard/read of in a million years. The reviews by some members are astute. It makes you want to go out and buy the movie yourself (well, I have had the opportunity of finding some of these movies in Quiapo (i.e. Buttgereit's Nekromantik, Werner Herzog's Even Dwarfs Started Small, and Dr. Lamb which sadly had no subtitles...ayoko nga, wala akong kaalam alam sa mga Intsik eh). Hoh well...
(Yeah, I've been sleeping on the job lately. God, it's so hot back home I really can't sleep. The most I could manage was 5 hours? And then, once I wake up I can't sleep again. I mean, unlike before where I can actually sleep when I need to...Well, June is near.)
(An aside: Yes, we're back! But, we were never gone in the first place. Ha!)
(Another aside: have to finish my giallo story, well, I need to finish all my stories that have been in preparation the better part of last year)
