Congrats, Joel!
For successfully posting a pic here in our blog. Hear, hear! ;) And here's another one! Cos I've been finding Aragorn hotter than Legolas since The Two Towers.
Will email you that cover letter as soon as I find it.
Oi kita kits kaya tayo nila Hagrid minsan. I'm starting to think about my future. Mid-twenties crisis, I guess. Okay naman mag-inuman, di ba? I feel like asking my friends, What do you guys plan to do on the long-term? Where do you see yourself five years from now? Are you happy with what you're doing right now? (I sense a resounding HELL, NO! here). You know, the scary questions.
Watching LOTR yesterday made me reiterate a question that's been running through my head recently. It slips in when I don't really expect it. I've been wanting to make my life run more smoothly (well, it already does, but it could use some improvement) cos you don't really know what comes after this. They said in Return of the King that "Death is only the next adventure", and I totally agree. I've been curious on what happens to us in death. Would we have a recollection of the experience of passing from life into death at all?
I don't have a death wish, of course. But I've again been feeling the need to do the best that I can with what I have here and now because we never really know what comes after this.
